EU 勧めるd to `leave a light on´ for Scotland
Scotland will be 支援する in the European Union and the remaining members of the 圏 should “leave a light on” for the country, Holyrood’s Brexit 長官 マイク Russell has said.
In a 声明 to the Scottish 議会 the day before the UK 正式に leaves the EU, Mr Russell said Brexit is now a “猛烈に sad fact”.
He 勧めるd the UK 政府 to give Scotland a 役割 in the 近づいている 交渉s to decide Britain’s 未来 関係 with the EU, but 強調する／ストレスd Holyrood 大臣s are working to get Scotland “支援する where we belong”.
First 大臣 Nicola Sturgeon wants to 持つ／拘留する a second 国民投票 on independence this year ? something which was 是認するd by MSPs in a 投票（する） at Holyrood on Wednesday.

一方／合間, the Scottish 政府 has 発表するd two of its main buildings ? St Andrew’s House in Edinburgh and Victoria Quay in Glasgow ? will be lit in the blue and yellow colours of the European 旗 on Friday.
The European 旗 will also continue to 飛行機で行く at the two Scottish Go vernment buildings, 同様に as at Holyrood, にもかかわらず Brexit.
On Thursday, the EU 旗 could be seen on 陳列する，発揮する in the windows of several MSP offices within the Scottish 議会 building.
Giving a 声明 at Holyrood, Mr Russell said: “It is a stark fact that tomorrow we leave, dragged out against our will, にもかかわらず the （疑いを）晴らす 指示／教授／教育 of the Scottish people.
“Scotland has the 権利 to choose its own 未来 and the best 選択 for Scotland is to be an 独立した・無所属 country in the EU.
“In the mean time we will stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the 残り／休憩（する） of Europe around our 株d values and 利益／興味s.
“Scotland may 嘘（をつく） on the 辛勝する／優位 of Europe, but we have always been and want to remain at its heart, and we are committed to doing everything we can to get 支援する where we belong.
“As we do so, we ask all of the remaining 27 members to leave a light on for Scotland as we navigate our way out of an 会社にする／組み込むing union that does not work for us, into a union of equals that does.
“And we will leave a light on here to guide us 支援する into our Euro pean home.”
保守的な MSP Donald Cameron （人命などを）奪う，主張するd Mr Russell’s 声明 was “nothing new” and 含む／封じ込めるd “more grievance and grandstanding in a week when the Scottish 政府 has excelled at such practices”.

He said he had 推定する／予想するd Mr Russell’s 声明 to 含む／封じ込める “factual 事柄s and 詳細（に述べる）d 提案s about the practicalities of the next 12 months, which will 伴う／関わる the most important 交渉s we will know between the UK and the EU”.
Scottish 労働’s 憲法 広報担当者 Alex Rowley said his party 支援するs Scottish 政府 成果／努力s to “be at the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する as equals” in European 会談.
But he 非難するd the Scottish 政府’s “obsession with independence”, 追加するing: “There cannot be another 国民投票 anytime soon.”
He also questioned why SNP minsters want “even greater 憲法の 激変” after Brexit with a 投票（する） on independence.
