FCO advises against all 巡航する holidays
UK holidaymakers are 存在 勧めるd by the 政府 to 避ける travelling on 巡航する ships.
The Foreign and 連邦/共和国 Office (FCO) 問題/発行するd a 声明 on Thursday advising people not to 乗る,着手する on sailings 予定 to the coronavirus pandemic.
This comes after the 一面に覆う/毛布 advice against all 非,不,無-必須の foreign travel was 解除するd for dozens of 目的地s on Saturday.
The FCO 誓約(する)d to “continue to review” its position on 巡航するs, which is “based on 医療の advice” from Public Health England.
It 主張するd it “continues to support the Department for 輸送(する)’s work with 産業 for the 再開 of international 巡航する travel”.
The travel advice means many holidaymakers with 未来 bookings 危険 having their trips cancelled.

Rory Boland, editor of 消費者 magazine Which? Travel, said: “The FCO’s advice against 巡航する ship travel will lead to most 近づいている 巡航するs 存在 cancelled or 延期するd.
“Most 巡航する holiday 顧客s should be 合法的に する権利を与えるd to a cash refund within 14 days under the 一括 travel 規則s, but as we’ve seen across the travel 産業 recently, 操作者s 直面するing a 殺到する in refund (人命などを)奪う,主張するs are often taking longer to return 顧客s’ money to them.
“If refunds will be 延期するd, 巡航する companies must 緊急に let 顧客s know and give a (疑いを)晴らす 時刻表/予定表 for when money will be returned.
“The FCO should also 延長する its 警告 to 含む a 最終的な date, to give 操作者s and 顧客s clarity over when it will be 安全な to rebook.”
In March, the FCO advised Britons 老年の 70 and over, and those with some underlying health 条件s, to 避ける 巡航する ships.
The UK’s biggest 巡航する line, P&O 巡航するs, has 一時停止するd all sailings until 中央の-October.
