British universities must 減ずる their 依存 on tuition 料金s from 中国 to 保護する their independence and long-称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 sustainability, a think 戦車／タンク has said.

An 分析 of Hesa data, carried out by Onward, 示唆するs Chinese students （不足などを）補う more than a fifth of total 料金 income at 16 UK universities ? of which 12 are in the Russell Group.

“Even more worrying is that a third of overseas 基金ing comes from 中国, a country whose 政府 has shown itself unafraid of 脅すing to 削減（する） student flows in 返答 to 批評 and whose 商業の 共同s with UK universities are ますます under scrutiny.”
An 分析 of 公式の／役人 data, published by the Times Higher Education earlier this year, 設立する that in 2017/18, Chinese student 料金s were 価値（がある） around £1.7 billion to UK higher education.
