DCMS 報告（する）／憶測 （人命などを）奪う，主張するs `現在の football 商売／仕事 model is not 維持できる´
Up to 15 professional football clubs are in danger of going 破産した／（警察が）手入れする as the coronavirus pandemic 悪化させるs a “broken” 商売／仕事 model, MPs have 警告するd.

“Any idea there would be a 政府 bailout is for the birds, in my 見解（をとる）, when there is a £9billion TV 取引，協定 at the very 最高の，を越す of football. The football family needs to come together and work together ーするために sort this out.”

“That’s where we’re coming from, trying to make suggestions to the 政府, and also find ways in which organisations should work to 効果的に find a way through this and make sure we have still got a strong 冒険的な and cultural 組織／基盤／下部構造 in 18 months to two years’ time, when hopefully we will be through this collectively.

With regards to the 役割 of DCMS, Knight feels it has become 明らかな the department is underfunded.
He said: “I think that one of the things we identified is that DCMS itself is a Cinderella organisation.
“I think it’s about 0.5 per cent of 政府 spending, yet it accounts for one ４半期/4分の1 of the economy. That doesn’t marry up.
“I would say that there is a real 問題／発行する at the heart of 政府 over the 力／強力にする of DCMS and how much 負わせる it has vis-a-vis the 財務省 and, in that regard, whether it is 適切に equipped to see us through this.”
