開始する，打ち上げる of 緊急 部隊 任命 service is `way 今後´ for NHS, GP says
The UK’s first 献身的な service for 調書をとる／予約するing A&E 任命s has been あられ／賞賛するd as “the way 今後” for 未来 NHS care by the GP in 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 of it.
Cardiff and Vale University Health Board will 開始する，打ち上げる its CAV 24/7 service on August 5, 許すing 患者s with 非，不，無 life 脅すing illness or 傷害 to be 査定する／（税金などを）課すd over the phone before turning up at 緊急 or minor 傷害 部隊s.
It is hoped the 計画／陰謀 will help with social distancing and overcrowding at the A&E department at the University Hospital of むちの跡s (UHW) in Cardiff.
But the service, which is 解放する／自由な to call, will not 取って代わる 接近 for life 脅すing 緊急s which should still be directed to 999.
Dr Sherard Le Maitre, a GP and the 事業／計画（する）’s 臨床の director, said the 開始する，打ち上げる was 誘発するd by 関心s 患者s were too 脅すd to 捜し出す 医療の attention during the coronavirus 危機 に引き続いて a sharp 減少（する） in admissions.
He told th e PA news 機関: “There were lots of 関心s 最初 that these were people that were 意味ありげに unwell and too afraid to come 支援する to the 緊急 部隊.

“But the 分析 of the data 現実に showed that these were 患者s who had low acuity and minor 傷害s.
“So these individuals could 現実に either be managed どこかよそで in the health system or by a bookable or managed 任命 into the 緊急 部隊.”
患者s who call CAV 24/7 will speak to a call handler trained to take （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） and recognise any 緊急の or 緊急 symptoms that may 伴う／関わる redirecting them to 999.
So meone with a 非，不，無 life-脅すing 条件 will receive a call 支援する from a nurse, paramedic or GP within 20 minutes, with hopes the service will 結局 be 拡大するd to 含む physiotherapists.
If an 任命 is not needed they will be given advice, but those needing an 任命 at an 緊急 or minor 傷害s 部隊 will be given a time slot based on capacity at the 場所／位置 using a 数字表示式の 任命 system.
患者s who 肉体的に …に出席する either UHW or the minor 傷害s department in Barry without first 調書をとる／予約するing an 任命 or 存在 brought by 救急車 will be 査定する／（税金などを）課すd by a clinician at their 入り口s and directed to the appropriate place.
Dr Le Maitre said he believed the success of the system would lead to it 存在 rolled out across むちの跡s and beyond, with lessons learned to be 株d with 同僚s throughout the NHS.
He said: “This is not a flash in the pan for the pandemic.
“We think this is definitely the way 今後.
“We are fortunate to be the first ones in むちの跡s to do this, and hopefully we will be a pathfinder for wider roll outs across むちの跡s.
“We’re going to be putting together lessons learned, and how we think what went 井戸／弁護士席, what didn’t, and the challenges we 直面する so we can 株 it with our other 同僚s other health boards.”
Dr Le Maitre said the CAV 24/7 service was different to the “111-first” 裁判，公判 計画／陰謀s 存在 run in Portsmouth and London, as it is the first 献身的な line to help “walking 負傷させるd” who can be managed in an 緊急 department.
Dr Le Maitre said it was difficult to say how much it would help 緩和する 需要・要求する at A&E 場所／位置s 予定 to difficulties categorising types of 出席s in the past, but that part of the new system would help with doing so in 未来.

Of those, 311 患者s would have been suitable to call the CAV 24/7 numb er rather than 現在のing straight to the 部隊, with 可能性のある for 88 adults and 21 paediatric 患者s to have 避けるd an 出席 at the 部隊 and been given self care advice or been 扱う／治療するd どこかよそで.
The CAV 24/7 triage centre will be based at Cardiff 王室の Infirmary, where an 付加 20 triage nurses have been 雇うd to help 患者s over the phone.
One triage nurse, Catherine 城, said the service could help 緩和する the 重荷（を負わせる） on A&E departments 取引，協定ing with people who could have been 扱う／治療するd by their GPs or taking up capacity with …を伴ってing family members.
She said: “歴史的に, people would sit there with their children or their grandparents.
“Now they will be asked ‘can you …に出席する by yourself?’
“There won’t be that 容積／容量 of traffic there which also 原因（となる）s 問題／発行するs and more work for busy A&E staff 同様に.”
Danielle Davies, 操作の 経営者／支配人 for CAV 24/7, said it had been challenging to 計画（する） for the “unknown” of 開始する，打ち上げるing a “UK-first” system.
She said: “It’s a new 概念, but it’s exciting.
“I think everyone’s pleased to be 伴う／関わるd in this.”
