New Covid-19 制限s 原因（となる）ing 混乱, 地元の leaders say
The introduction of その上の coronavirus 制限s in parts of the North West have 原因（となる）d “混乱” and more clarity is needed, 地元の leaders have said.
The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) on Friday told people in Oldham in Greater Manchester, 同様に as Pendle and Blackburn in Lancashire, not to socialise with anyone outside their 世帯 from midnight on Saturday.

He 追加するd: “The 政府 has 発表するd these 強化するing 制限s for 地元の people in my area, yet they have not 問題／発行するd any 詳細（に述べる）d 指導／手引 as to how it will operate, who will police it.
“So 地元の people are 現実に more 混乱させるd than they were on Thursday evening.”
Oldham 会議 leader Sean Fielding told BBC Breakfast that there were a number of things that needed 明らかにするd because the 告示 of the 制限s had not been “the smoothest”.

It tweeted: “Please do not call 101 or 999 for 解明 on COVID-19 規則s.”
The tighter 制限s were 発表するd by the DHSC as holidaymakers 緊急発進するd to get home to （警官の）巡回区域，受持ち区域 new 検疫 対策.

The 政府 said people can still shop and go to work and that schools and other childcare settings will open as normal under the new 制限s.

There, the 率 has fallen from 88.2 to 56.1.
