Universities should 減ずる 直面する-to-直面する lessons in event of 地元の 突発／発生s
Universities should only 申し込む／申し出 直面する-to-直面する lessons for 優先 courses and students must not return to their family home if 厳格な人 対策 become necessary まっただ中に 地元の 突発／発生s, 政府 指導／手引 says.
会・原則s must have a 計画（する） in place that “assumes there is likely to be an 増加する in the number of 事例／患者s, or an 突発／発生 associated with their setting”, the Department for Education (DfE) advice says.
The updated 指導／手引 ? published in the 早期に hours of Thursday ? comes as thousands of students 準備する to return to campus for the start of 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語.
Universities should support students to socialise in Covid-安全な・保証する 環境s ? like campus 妨げる／法廷，弁護士業s and students’ unions ? and they should identify “safer social activities” for them, the 指導／手引 says.
It comes after 総理大臣 Boris Johnson 発表するd that social 集会s of more than six people will be banned in England from Monday in a 企て，努力，提案 to 取り組む rising coronavirus 事例／患者s.
Ahead of Freshers’ Week, universities have been told they should not 許す students to have “私的な 集会s” in halls of 住居 which 越える the 限界s for 集会s in 私的な 世帯s.
Universities must have a 計画（する） in place that assumes there is likely to be an 増加する in the number of coronavirus 事例／患者s, or an 突発／発生 associated with their setting, new Department for Education 指導／手引 says (Chris Ison/PA)
In student accommodation, universities are 推定する／予想するd to identify “世帯s” to manage 決まりきった仕事 接触する as 安全に as possible.
These 世帯s in halls of 住居 would be students living in the same flat or on the same 床に打ち倒す who 株 a kitchen or bathroom.
The 指導／手引 追加するs: “The 再開するing of campuses for academic year 2020 to 2021 will bring about a 集まり movement of students from across the UK and overseas, with the 広大な 大多数 moving from other 地域s into student accommodation in the 地域 in which their HE provider is 位置を示すd.
“The 創造 of many new 世帯s brings with it a degree of 危険, and we 推定する／予想する providers to take all reasonable 活動／戦闘s to minimise this 危険.”
But the advice also calls on 会・原則s to “consider students’ 願望（する） to interact socially and creatively” with peers as part of their experience.
It says: “You could look to 指定する 明確な／細部 areas (‘creative spaces’) for students to socially and creatively interact beyond the usual teaching 環境. These areas could 含む 場内取引員／株価s to 許す for social distancing or the use of 審査するs.”
The advice 追加するs that universities should base their 計画（する）s for 地元の 突発／発生s on a four-tier system of 制限s.
Blended learning ? a mix of 直面する-to-直面する tuition and online lessons ? has been recommended as the “default position” when campuses 再開する this month.
It says 直面する coverings should be worn “where social distancing is difficult to 持続する outside of teaching situat イオンs” ? like 回廊（地帯）s and communal areas.
Smaller teaching group sizes should be used where it is not possible to 持続する social distancing.
It says: “You might consider 減ずるing the sizes of casts in 演劇, the size of orchestras, or the number of students 伴う／関わるd in movement 開会／開廷／会期s.”
Universities should open windows and look at 申し込む／申し出ing some tuition outside, it 追加するs.
Tier two ? 述べるd as the “fallback” position ? advises that universities should move to an 増加するd level of online learning where possible.
Tier three calls for 会・原則s only to 保持する 直面する-to-直面する 準備／条項 for 優先 courses and “in as 限られた／立憲的な number of 状況／情勢s as possible”.
At this 行う／開催する／段階, it says students should not return to their family home to “減ずる the 危険 of transmitting the ウイルス through travel”.
The last 訴える手段／行楽地 would be for university buildings to の近くに to everyone except 重要な 労働者s and for the 大多数 of 準備／条項 to 転換 online.
It comes after 政府 科学の 助言者s 警告するd that 重要な 突発／発生s of coronavirus linked to universities are “高度に likely” and they 危険 amplifying the 伝達／伝染 of the 病気 across the country.
A paper by the 科学の （a）忠告の／（n）警報 Group for 緊急s (下落する), published on Friday, 警告するd such?突発／発生s?could 同時に起こる／一致する with Christmas and 提起する／ポーズをとる “a 重要な 危険” to 延長するd families.
Jo Grady, general 長官 of the University and College Union (UCU), said: “We are unimpressed with the 最新の 政府 指導／手引 for English universities which 含む／封じ込めるs 混乱させるing, expensive and, at times, silly suggestions.
“Moving learning online would 除去する the need for universities to consider teaching outside or 開始 doors and windows in the winter months, as the 指導／手引 示唆するs.”
Universities 大臣 Michelle Donelan said: “The safety and wellbeing of university staff and students is our 優先.
“Universities have been making a mammoth 成果／努力 to 安全に open campuse s and buildings to students this autumn, and the 政府 has worked closely with them to 確実にする they are 井戸／弁護士席 用意が出来ている for the return of students.
“The updated 指導／手引 含むs the 最近の 下落する advice and will help university leaders 接近 the （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） they need, and 補助装置 their 存在するing 計画（する）s to keep students and staff as 安全な as possible.”
Universities UK (UUK), a group which 代表するs 副／悪徳行為-（ドイツなどの）首相／（大学の）学長s, said they had been working very hard to put 重要な Covid-安全な・保証する safety 対策 in place for the start of the academic year.
