財政上の resilience より悪くするd in July as people struggle to save, 報告（する）／憶測 finds
増加するing numbers of people have said they will struggle to save and 対処する with surprise 法案s and almost a third believe it will take more than a year for life to return to normal.
New 人物／姿／数字s from the Office for 国家の 統計（学） (ONS) 明らかにする／漏らす that in July, three in 10 people said they believe life will not return to normal for at least a year ? up from two in 10 in June.

Across all 回答者／被告s, one in three people 報告（する）／憶測d 存在 unable to save for the year ahead, with this 人物／姿／数字 up to 41.6% for those 老年の between 30 and 59.

This also resulted in an 増加する in borrowing, with 13.3% of people 報告（する）／憶測ing they had to borrow money or use credit more than usual in July.
Parents were 特に 影響する／感情d, with 22.2% 説 they 増加するd borrowing.
One in six people said they had seen a 削減 in their 世帯 income in July ? which was a ごくわずかの 改良 from data for the end of May.
This （機の）カム as people 調査するd said they ますます returned to work throughout June and 早期に July.
People on incomes below £20,000 saw a 重要な 増加する in the number of people returning to work, however the ONS said this 傾向 “立ち往生させるd” in the last weeks of July.
