Humza Yousaf makes no 陳謝 for 特別奇襲隊員s tweet
Scotland’s Health 長官 Humza Yousaf has said he makes no 陳謝 for 地位，任命するing a 議論の的になる tweet after a ビデオ 地位，任命するd on social マスコミ appeared to show 特別奇襲隊員s players 恐らく using sectarian language during their 肩書を与える 祝賀s.
Police Scotland 設立する “no criminality” after 調査／捜査するing the clip, which 循環させるd online on Saturday May 15 after the Glasgow club were awarded the Scottish 首相の職 トロフィー for the first time since 2011.
After the ビデオ appeared online, Mr Yousaf, who was Scotland’s 司法（官） 長官 at the time, said any player 設立する to have been using sectarian language should be 除去するd by 特別奇襲隊員s.
On Monday, the MSP tweeted: “I have also been made aware of this clip, if (and I 強調する／ストレス if) this clip is 本物の then any player or staff member 設立する to be 有罪の of anti-カトリック教徒 憎悪 should be shown the door by the Club.
“It is 権利 Police Scot 調査／捜査する & 決定する the facts around it.”
Asked on BBC Scotland’s The Sunday Show whether he had “jumped the gun” in 地位，任命するing the tweet, Mr Yousaf said: “I don’t think anybody can 告発する／非難する me of taking a 味方する.
“I was pretty （疑いを）晴らす to say, having been asked about that ビデオ on a number of occasions that if, and I 強調する／ストレスd very 明確に, that if that ビデオ was 本物の then of course 活動／戦闘 should be taken and not only did I 強調する／ストレス, of course I について言及するd that police should rightly 設立する the facts.”
Mr Yousaf 述べるd scenes on the streets of Glasgow last 週末 as “the most disgraceful and shameful 陳列する，発揮する of anti-カトリック教徒 bigotry and anti-Irish 人種差別主義 I’ve ever seen”.
He said: “If it had been anti-イスラム教徒, if it had been anti-Semitic, if it had been against 黒人／ボイコット people, there would have been 全世界の／万国共通の 激しい非難.”
Mr Yousaf said: “As 司法（官） 長官, I don’t make an 陳謝 for calling it out and calling it what it is.
“I don’t 非難する 特別奇襲隊員s Football Club, in fact I 現実に have believ e it or not a very 建設的な 関係 with 特別奇襲隊員s Football Club.
“I’m not here to defend fans or いわゆる fans who took part in that 肉親，親類d of behaviour. Let’s not deflect away from what we saw on the 15th, which was 簡単に 容認できない and would have been called out if it was any other community.”
特別奇襲隊員s FC said on May 21 that it has 始めるd 合法的な 訴訟／進行s against 確かな individuals for comments during the week.
Mr Yousaf was asked whether he was one of the individuals, but replied: “I’ve certainly not received any intimation of that sort.”
Scottish 保守的な 影をつくる／尾行する 閣僚 長官 for 司法（官） Jamie Greene MSP said: “Bigotry of any sort from any ４半期/4分の1s is wrong, no-one argues that どれでも.
“The problem here is Humza Yousaf should not have used his position of 力／強力にする to pass judgment on unsubstantiated （人命などを）奪う，主張するs while a police 調査 was likely. He now won’t do the 権利 thing and 収容する／認める he was in the wrong.
“He has shown a 完全にする 無視（する） に向かって the police and those who were 恐らく （刑事）被告 and since exonerated.
“The decent thing would be to 受託する that 裁判，公判 by social マスコミ on his part is not how to run a 司法（官） system ? a simple 陳謝 would be a good start.”
