大統領´s 対抗者 逮捕（する）d after 計画（する） コースを変えるd to Belarus over 爆弾 脅し
A 目だつ 対抗者 of Belarus’s 権威主義者 大統領，／社長 has been 逮捕（する）d after the 定期航空機 on which he was travelling was コースを変えるd to the country に引き続いて a 爆弾 脅し, in what the 対立 called a ハイジャック 操作／手術 by the 政府.
The 大統領の 圧力（をかける） service said 大統領 Alexander Lukashenko 本人自身で ordered that a MiG-29 闘士，戦闘機 jet …を伴って the Ryanair 計画（する） ― carrying 対立 人物／姿／数字 Raman Pratasevich and travelling from Athens, Greece, to Vilnius, Lithuania ― to the airport in the 資本／首都 Minsk.
副 空気／公表する 軍隊 指揮官 Andrei Gurtsevich said the 計画（する）’s 乗組員 made the 決定／判定勝ち（する） to land in Minsk, but Ryanair said in a 声明 that Belarusian 空気／公表する traffic 支配（する）／統制する 教えるd the 計画（する） to コースを変える to the 資本／首都.
Lithuanian 大統領 Gitanas Nauseda also （人命などを）奪う，主張するd the 計画（する） was 軍隊d to land in Minsk and said Mr Lukashenko’s “政権 is behind this”.
The Belarusian 内部の 省 said Mr Pratasevich was 逮捕（する）d at the airport. He is a co-創立者 of the 電報電信 messaging app ’s Nexta channel, which Belarus last year 宣言するd as 極端論者 after it was used to help organise major 抗議するs against Mr Lukashenko.
Mr Pratasevich, who had fled the country for Poland, 直面するs 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s that could carry a 刑務所，拘置所 宣告，判決 of up to 15 years.
The 大統領の 圧力（をかける） service said the 爆弾 脅し was received while the 計画（する） was over Belarusian 領土. 公式の／役人s later said no 爆発性のs were 設立する on board.
乗客s were taken off the 計画（する） in Minsk. After it arrived in Vilnius, defence 大臣 Arvydas Anusauskas said Mr Pratasevich’s girlfriend and four other people did not reboard, 追加するing: “We will find out who are the other four that did not travel with the 残り／休憩（する）. Lithuania has 開始する，打ち上げるd an 調査 to find out what really happened on that 計画（する）.”
追放するd 対立 leader Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya called on the International Civil 航空 Organisation (国際民間航空機関) to 調査／捜査する.
“It is 絶対 obvious that this is an 操作／手術 by the special services to ハイジャック（する） an 航空機 ーするために 拘留する 行動主義者 and blogger Raman Pratasevich,” she said in a 声明. “Not a 選び出す／独身 person who 飛行機で行くs over Belarus can be sure of his safety.”
The 国際民間航空機関 said it was “堅固に 関心d by the 明らかな 軍隊d 上陸”.
Belarusian 当局 said there were 123 乗客s on the 計画（する）, which 再開するd its trip to Vilnius later on Sunday, but Lithuanian 外務大臣 Gabrielius Landsbergis said there were 171.
Western countries also 表明するd alarm.
European （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 大統領，／社長 Ursula 出身の der Leyen tweeted: “It is utterly 容認できない to 軍隊 @Ryanair flight from Athens to Vilnius to land in Minsk.”
German 外務大臣 Heiko Maas said: “Such an 行為／法令／行動する cannot be left without 限定された consequences from the 味方する of the European Union,” and called for Mr Pratasevich to be 解放（する）d.
Months of 抗議するs started after last August’s 大統領の 選挙 that 公式の／役人 results say gave Mr Lukashenko a sixth 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 in office.
Police 割れ目d 負かす／撃墜する on the 抗議するs, 拘留するing around 30,000 people and （警官の）巡回区域，受持ち区域ing many of them.
Although 抗議するs died 負かす／撃墜する during the winter, Belarus has continued to take 活動／戦闘 against the 対立 and 独立した・無所属 news マスコミ. Last week, 11 staff members of the TUT.by news website were 拘留するd by police.
