計画(する) to 始める,決める 基準s for unregulated 住宅 for care leavers 老年の 16 and 17

All unregulated accommodation for 16 and 17-year-olds who are leaving care will have to 会合,会う a 国家の 基準 under new 提案s.

The 目的(とする), 含むd in a 政府 協議 開始する,打ち上げるd on Monday, is to 上げる the 質 of accommodation and 確実にする consistency of 準備/条項 across the country.

詳細(に述べる)s of the 協議 (機の)カム?as the Department for Education (DfE) 発表するd a £51 million 基金ing 一括 for 会議s in England to support care leavers.

Education 長官 Gavin Williamson said:?“Every young person in care deserves to live in accommodation that 会合,会うs their needs and keeps them 安全な ? anything いっそう少なく is 容認できない, and so continuing to prioritise children in care or leaving care is 絶対 決定的な.”

He?has 以前 said it will be 違法な to put children under 16 in unregulated accommodation from September.

The 協議 on 国家の 基準s, which runs to July 19, will consider the 見解(をとる)s of children in care, care leavers, 会議s, 専門家s and leaders in the 部門 in an 成果/努力 to raise the 妨げる/法廷,弁護士業 for unregulated 準備/条項.

These are 独立した・無所属 or 半分-独立した・無所属 settings 申し込む/申し出ing supported accommodation which are not 検査/視察するd by Ofsted.

The 協議 will 捜し出す vi ews on how the 監視者 should 規制する the 質 of support and accommodation for 16 and 17-year-olds and to 介入する where necessary.

The support 一括 is to 基金 a 範囲 of 計画/陰謀s 含むing?£33 million of continued 投資 in the Staying Put 計画/陰謀, which helps looked-after children who want to stay with their foster carers after their 18th birthday.

There is?£3.6 million to 延長する the Staying の近くに 操縦する, which gives extra support for young people leaving 居住の care, and £12 million for 会議s to continue to 供給する personal 助言者s to support care leavers up to the age of 25.

There is also?£2.7 million for 集中的な support for care leavers at high 危険 of homelessness.

Mr Williamson said the 目的(とする) is?to?help the most 攻撃を受けやすい “by 供給するing safer homes, 減ずるing 孤立/分離 の中で young people leaving care, and by making sure they have a strong support 網状組織 to rely on as they take steps into adult life”.

The DfE is also 始める,決める to 供給する over 5,000 more laptops for care leavers through the Get Help with 科学(工学)技術 計画/陰謀, to help 妨げる loneliness and 孤立/分離.
