John Stephenson will leave his position as assistant 長官 (cricket) at Marylebone Cricket Club to become the 長，指導者 (n)役員／(a)執行力のある officer of Essex.
Stephenson, who has spent 17 years at MCC and will be 取って代わるd by Jamie Cox, is 予定 to begin his new position in 早期に October and take 全体にわたる 責任／義務 for the day-to-day running of the club.
