Police in southern Spain’s city of Marbella say a car rammed into a 歩行者 area filled with outdoor cafes and restaurants, and several people have been 負傷させるd, some of them 本気で.
A police spokeswoman said officers 逮捕（する）d the car’s driver and are 調査／捜査するing the 出来事/事件.
