未亡人 否定するs 殺人ing husband for his money, 検死 hears

The 未亡人 of a 豊富な British 実業家 killed in a 攻撃する,衝突する and run in ウクライナ共和国 as he celebrated his first wedding 周年記念日 has 否定するd organising his 殺人, an 検死 heard.

Barry Pring, 47, 苦しむd 致命的な 傷害s when he was 攻撃する,衝突する by a 乗り物 using a stolen number plate while waiting for a taxi outside a restaurant in Kiev with his wife, Ganna Ziuzina, on February 16 2008.

The IT 顧問 married Ms Ziuzina, known as Anna, in January 2007 in a whirlwind romance after 会合 online a few months earlier when she had 登録(する)d with the www.elenasmodels.com website to find a husband.

Ms Ziuzina, now known as Julianna Moore, was a trained 最初の/主要な school teacher but was working as a ダンサー.

Speaking on a ビデオ link from Spain, Ms Moore, 42, who was 19 years younger than her husband, told the 検死 in Bristol she had not organised his 殺人.

John McLinden QC, 代表するing Ms Moore, asked her: “Did you 支払う/賃金 anybody to kill Barry, did you give any consideration, whether 性の, or 所有物/資産/財産 or anything like that, to reward them for 殺人,大当り Barry?”

She replied: “No.”

She asked the 証言,証人/目撃する: “Did you make any 協定 with either of these two men in relation to the 出来事/事件 that killed your husband?”

Ms Moore replied: “No.”

Asked whether she was 動機づけるd by greed to marry Mr Pring and then kill him, Ms Moore said: “For me, my life would be much better with Barry than without him.

“I don’t know why anybody would 示唆する that I would like to kill him to get some money.

“I knew about the large mortgages he had. Whatever マスコミ was blowing that there was millions or whatever or 相続物件, it’s not true.

“I was やめる aware of 相当な mortgages he had. My life financially would be much m 鉱石 comfortable having Barry than not having him.”

Ms Moore 示唆するd she would have been financially better off 離婚ing Mr Pring, then having him killed and having to 株 his 広い地所 with his family.

She also 否定するd 告訴,告発s she had “hypnotised” Mr Pring or that he was “besotted” with her and said she 設立する the 主張s “hurtful”.

“Barry was a grown-up man,” she said.

“He was very strong willed. He had his own ideas about life. He wasn’t a man that could easily 落ちる under the (一定の)期間. He was a very strong willed person.”

The 検死 was taking place at Bristol Civil 司法(官) Centre before 裁判官 Paul Matthews.

Mr Pring, who was 初めは from Devon, owned three 所有物/資産/財産s in the London area and a flat in Kiev. He also owned a second flat 共同で with Ms Moore in Kiev.

In earlier High 法廷,裁判所 訴訟/進行s, the Pring family had (刑事)被告 Ms Moore of 殺人ing her husband for his money.

Mr Pring’s brother, Shaughan, 58, told the 検死 he became 怪しげな after speaking to his brother’s best friend Peter Clifford.

“On that night my 初期の 関心 was for Ms Moore,” Mr Pring said.

“I had a gut feeling something didn’t sit 権利 ? just the way Ms Moore 知らせるd me of Barry’s death.

“It was very 静める, very callous, there was no emotion, it was 冷淡な.

“I was 用意が出来ている to come to ウクライナ共和国 権利 away because my 関心 was for her. Afterwards I had a gut feeling things weren’t 権利.
