A 14-year-old boy has appeared in 法廷，裁判所 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d with stabbing a father to death outside his own home.
James Markham, 45, was attacked in Churchill Terrace, Chingford, east London, after 直面するing a group of 十代の少年少女s who had 口頭で 乱用d his daughter and her friend, the Old Bailey heard.
The 法廷，裁判所 heard that Mr Markham had returned home at about 6pm on August 9 and went out to a shed at the 後部 of his home.
The 法廷，裁判所 was told Mr Markham’s daughter then arrived home with a friend after 存在 口頭で 乱用d by a “ギャング（団） of 青年s” who were shouting and 断言するing.
Mr Markham went out to 直面する the ギャング（団） and was stabbed twice, once under his armpit ? which was the 致命的な 傷害 ? and in the neck, the 法廷，裁判所 heard.
He was pronounced dead at 7.16pm.
The 14-year-old boy, who cannot be 指名するd for 合法的な 推論する／理由s, appeared by videolink on Tuesday and is 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d with 殺人, 所有／入手 of a knife in a public place and 違反 of a 犯罪の behaviour order.
A 嘆願 審理，公聴会 was 始める，決める for November 2 at the Old Bailey.
The 主要都市の Police said a second boy, also 14, who was 逮捕（する）d on 疑惑 of 共謀 to 殺人 has been 解放（する）d under 調査.
A 16-year-old girl who was 逮捕（する）d on 疑惑 of 補助装置ing an 違反者／犯罪者 has also been 解放（する）d under 調査.
Mr Markham was 述べるd as “a man with a good heart and good soul” by a family friend, while floral 尊敬の印s have been laid at the scene in his memory.
