Israeli 環境 大臣 says UAE oil 取引，協定 提起する／ポーズをとるs 生態学の 危険

DUBAI, Oct 4 (Reuters) - An Israeli company's を取り引きする partners from the 部隊d Arab 首長国s to 輸送（する） oil from the 湾 to Europe through イスラエル 提起する／ポーズをとるs 生態学の 危険s, イスラエル's 環境 大臣 told Reuters on Monday while visiting the Expo fair in Dubai.
The Israeli 政府 is 査定する／（税金などを）課すing a request, which has 乱暴／暴力を加えるd 環境の 支持するs there, to 増加する 大幅に the 量 of oil moved through イスラエル.
If 認可するd, there would be an influx of oil タンカーs sailing the Red Sea into the 湾 of Aqaba to ドッキングする／減らす／ドックに入れる at Eilat to offload oil to be 輸送（する）d 経由で an 陸路の pipeline to the Mediterranean coast.
環境の 保護 大臣 Tamar Zandberg said the 省 had "環境の 関心s" and that the 政府 would make a 決定／判定勝ち（する） "within weeks" on the request.
An oil 流出／こぼす could always happen, she said, which would put Eilat's famed 珊瑚 暗礁s in "広大な／多数の／重要な irreversible danger".
"My opinion is that we don't have to 増加する any 環境の 危険," Zandberg said at the Israeli pavilion that houses the country's 展示 at the world fair showgrounds.
The 取引，協定 in question was struck last year between イスラエル's 明言する／公表する-owned Europe-Asia Pipeline Company (EAPC) and MED-RED Land 橋（渡しをする）, which has Emirati and Israeli owners.
EAPC criticised the 大臣's comments as "人民党員" and said it was in 同意／服従 with all 指導基準s and 規則s and that it was committed to 保護するing the 環境.
It also said a 危険 調査する had been 行為／行うd by a company 認可するd by the 省. 詳細（に述べる）s of the 調査する were not 公表する／暴露するd.
EAPC "will continue to engage in 対話" with the 省, it said, but 警告するd that "any 試みる／企てる to 土台を崩す" the 取引，協定 would "厳しく 損失 未来 商売／仕事s" between Israeli 明言する／公表する companies and international 商売／仕事s.
国家の 持つ／拘留するing, which owns Petromal, the Emirati owner of MED-RED Land 橋（渡しをする）, did not immedia tely 答える／応じる to a request for comment on the 省´s 関心s.
Zandberg said she has discussed the 省's 関心s with the UAE's 外交官／大使 to イスラエル and that both 政府s agree this was a 商業の 事柄. It would not 影響する／感情 their nascent 二国間の／相互の relations that were 設立するd last year, she said.
The 省 said EAPC has asked for its cap on oil タンカーs ドッキングする／減らす／ドックに入れるing at Eilat each year to be 増加するd from 6 to 70. It also said EAPC has so far 供給するd insufficient and 不十分な （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） to 論証する it can mitigate 環境 危険s.
"Definitely it will raise the 環境の 危険 in the 湾 (of Aqaba)," said the 環境 省's director general, Galit Cohen. "Now the 政府 should ask: Do we 受託する the 危険, what is the 利益 for this, and what is the cost?"
