Health 恐れるs for Australian blogger held three years in 中国 on 秘かに調査するing 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s

SYDNEY, Jan 18 (Reuters) - The Australian 政府 and human 権利s groups said they are 関心d about the 悪化するing health of Australian blogger Yang Hengjun, three years after he was 拘留するd in 中国, and with a Beijing 法廷，裁判所 yet to 配達する a 判決 in an スパイ 裁判，公判 heard in secrecy eight months ago.
An Australian 国民 born in 中国, Yang wrote about Chinese 僕主主義 and U.S. politics online as a high-profile blogger and also penned a 一連の 秘かに調査する novels.
すぐに before he was 拘留するd at Guangzhou airport, three years ago on Wednesday, he had been living in New York, where he was a visiting fellow at Columbia University. He has 否定するd working as a 秘かに調査する for Australia or the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs.
中国's foreign 省 has 以前 said "judicial 当局 扱うd the 事例／患者 in strict 一致 with the 法律, (and) fully 保護するd Yang Hengjun's litigation 権利s".
外交の 関係 between Australia and 中国 have 悪化するd はっきりと since 2019, when Yang was 逮捕（する）d, with 中国 課すing 貿易（する） 許可／制裁s on some 輸入するs from Australia and 反応するing 怒って to its call for an international 調査 into the origins of the coronavirus.
In messages to friends and family dictated from 刑務所，拘置所, Yang said he 転換d between 悲観論主義 and 楽観主義, and he 手配中の，お尋ね者 the Chinese 政府 to publish 詳細（に述べる）s of his 事例／患者 率直に.
"When I was outside, one of my 客観的なs was to 支持する for 支配する of 法律. I didn't believe that I would 結局最後にはーなる becoming a 犠牲者 of 支配する by 力／強力にする," Yang wrote in a message that was 循環させるd by friends and 見解（をとる）d by Reuters.

NUMEROUS DELAYS
Australia's 外務大臣, Marise Payne, called for his 解放（する） and said Yang has had no 接近 to his family and only 限られた／立憲的な and 延期するd 接近 to lawyers since he was 拘留するd by Chinese 当局 three years ago.
"We are very 関心d that the 判決 from this 裁判，公判 has been 支配する to 非常に／多数の 延期するs," she said in a 声明 on Tuesday.
"Neither Dr Yang nor the Australian 政府 have been 供給するd with 詳細（に述べる）s as to the 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s against him or the 調査, 増強するing our 見解（をとる） that this 構成するs the 独断的な 拘留，拘置 of an Australian 国民."
Australia was "極端に 関心d about Dr Yang's health", she 追加するd, and called on Chinese 当局 to 会合，会う 義務s to 供給する 治療.
The Australia director of Human 権利s Watch, Elaine Pearson, said 条件s in 中国's 拘留，拘置 施設s were poor.
"We are very 関心d that Yang's 拘留，拘置 has 悪化させるd his 医療の problems and that the 治療 in 刑務所，拘置所 is 不十分な," she said.
