NEW YORK, Feb 14 (Reuters) - Oil prices 殺到するd over 2% on Monday to their highest in more than seven years as ウクライナ共和国's 大統領，／社長 宣言するd a "day of まとまり" for Feb. 16, a date that some Western マスコミ have 特記する／引用するd as a possible start of a ロシアの 侵略.
Russia is one of the world's largest oil and gas 生産者s, and 恐れるs that it could 侵略する ウクライナ共和国 have driven the 決起大会／結集させる in oil closer to $100 per バーレル／樽, a level not seen since 2014.
"The market remains hyper-極度の慎重さを要する to the 開発s over the ロシアの/ウクライナ共和国 状況／情勢," said John Kilduff, partner at Again 資本／首都 in New York. "This is now 強めるing to a terrific degree. 権利 now, it's buy now, ask later."
Brent 天然のまま rose $2.04, or 2.2%, to settle at $96.48 a バーレル／樽, after touching its highest since September 2014 at $96.78.
U.S. West Texas 中間の (WTI) 天然のまま rose $2.36, or 2.5%, to settle at $95.46 a バーレル／樽, after hitting $95.82, the loftiest since September 2014.
Ukrainian 大統領 Volodymyr Zelenskiy called on Ukrainians to 飛行機で行く the country's 旗s from buildings and sing the 国家の 国家 in unison on Feb. 16.

国務長官 Antony Blinken said the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs was relocating its 大使館 操作／手術s in ウクライナ共和国 from the 資本／首都 Kyiv to the western city of Lviv, 特記する／引用するing the "劇の acceleration in the 増強 of ロシアの 軍隊s."
Russia has amassed thousands of 軍隊／機動隊s 近づく ウクライナ共和国's 国境s, but Moscow 否定するs it 計画（する）s to 侵略する and has （刑事）被告 the West of hysteria. The 部隊d 明言する／公表するs 警告するd on Sunday that Russia could 侵略する ウクライナ共和国 at any time and might create a surprise pretext for an attack.
Russia is one of the largest 天然のまま oil 生産者s, with a capacity of about 11.2 million バーレル／樽s per day, said Nishant Bhushan, 上級の oil market 分析家 for Rystad Energy.
"Any disruption of oil flows from the 地域 would send Brent and WTI prices 急上昇するing higher far above $100, in a market struggling to 供給（する） the 増加するd 需要・要求する for 天然のまま as economies 回復する from the pandemic," Bhushan said.
