中国's ZTE 直面するs 審理，公聴会 over possible 違反 of U.S. 保護監察

March 5 (Reuters) - ZTE Corp., the Chinese telecom 器具／備品 製造者, will go 支援する to U.S. 連邦の 法廷，裁判所 March 14 to 直面する a new 告訴，告発 it may have 侵害する／違反するd its 保護監察 from its 2017 有罪の 嘆願 for 不法に shipping U.S. 科学（工学）技術 to Iran.

The professor, Gee-Kung Chang, has pleaded not 有罪の. The status of the ZTE 研究 director, Jianjun Yu, is 不明瞭な. ZTE is not 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d in the 事例／患者.

If ZTE is 設立する to have 侵害する／違反するd its 保護監察, the ramifications are 不明瞭な. But in the past ZTE has 直面するd 大規模な 罰金s and other 刑罰，罰則s for running afoul of U.S. 当局.
ZTE agreed to 支払う／賃金 $892 million and pleaded 有罪の in Texas in 2017 to 犯罪の 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s for 侵害する／違反するing U.S. 法律s that 制限する the sale of American-made 科学（工学）技術 to Iran and North Korea.
