Countries to request 国際労働機関 中国 使節団 to 調査（する） 申し立てられた／疑わしい Xinjiang 労働 乱用s -sources

GENEVA, June 2 (Reuters) - A group of dozens of countries is 始める，決める to ask the International 労働 Organization on Thursday to 始める，決める up a 使節団 to 調査（する） 申し立てられた／疑わしい 労働 乱用s in 中国's Xinjiang, three sources familiar with the 事柄 told Reuters.
A 委員会 at the U.N. 機関 is 予定 to discuss 中国´s 同意／服従 with 全世界の 労働 practices on Thursday after 述べるing its practices in the western Chinese 州 of Xinjiang as 差別的な in February, 国際労働機関 文書s showed.
The 会合 comes just days after the end of an historic trip by U.N. High Commissioner Michelle Bachelet to 中国's Xinjiang that has been 広範囲にわたって 非難するd by both civil society and U.N. member 明言する／公表するs 含むing the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs.
A いわゆる tripartite 使節団, if 受託するd by the 国際労働機関 委員会 https://www.ilo.org/ilc/ILCSessions/110/委員会s/基準s/lang--en/索引.htm, would have the 可能性のある to 向こうずね a light on 主張s that the mostly イスラム教徒 民族の Uyghurs in Xinjiang have been unlawfully 拘留するd, mistreated and 軍隊d to work. 中国 否定するs the 告訴，告発s.
中国 is 始める，決める to argue during Thursday's 会談 that its 法律s, 規則s and practices are fully in line with the 原則s with a 条約 on 差別 it has 批准するd, によれば its written submission.
The sources, who 拒絶する／低下するd to be 指名するd since the 公式の／役人 requests have not yet been made public, said that dozens of countries were 始める，決める to 発言する／表明する support for the 使節団.
中国 in April 認可するd the 批准 https://www.ilo.org/全世界の/about-the-ilo/newsroom/news/WCMS_842739/lang--en/索引.htm of two 条約s on 軍隊d 労働 but they have not yet submitted the 十分な documentation needed to 施行される. This can frequently take weeks or months, an 国際労働機関 公式の／役人 told Reuters.
Instead, the 見込みのある 国際労働機関 使節団 would 評価する 中国's practices on the basis of 条約s that 中国 has 批准するd such as a 差別 条約.
Thursday's 委員会, made up of 政府, 雇用者 and 労働者s' 委任する／代表s, is 始める，決める to make a 決定／判定勝ち（する） next week on whether to 受託する the request for a 使節団, the sources said, and 中国 is 推定する／予想するd to 答える／応じる to the 委員会's 結論s in the next two months.
Sending a tripartite 使節団 to 中国 could be a first step toward その上の 活動／戦闘.
同様に as a tripartite 使節団, 国際労働機関 members also have the 選択 to 捜し出す a （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 of 調査 to go to 中国, which would have even more investigative 力／強力にするs.
This 要求するs a formal （民事の）告訴. Some 35 such （民事の）告訴s have been とじ込み／提出するd in the 国際労働機関's more than 100-year history, of which いっそう少なく than half have led to （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 of 調査 使節団s, the 国際労働機関 公式の／役人 said. In only one 事例／患者 were 許可／制裁s 適用するd, against Myanmar in 1998.
