BOGOTA, June 2 (Reuters) - Colombia is only 部分的に／不公平に 可決する・採択するing necessary 対策 to 妨げる members of its 安全 軍隊s from committing human 権利s 違反s, the の間の-American （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 on Human 権利s (CIDH) said on Thursday.
