U.S. 上院 民主党員s fend off 改正s to $430 bln 気候 and 麻薬 法案

WASHINGTON, Aug 7 (Reuters) - The U.S. 上院 on Sunday repelled 試みる／企てるs to 修正する a $430 billion 手段 sought by 大統領 Joe Biden, as 民主党員s (1)偽造する／(2)徐々に進むd ahead with their 法案 to 支配（する）／統制する 気候 change and 削減（する） prescription 麻薬 costs for the 年輩の, while 強化するing 施行 on 税金 支払い（額）s from 会社／団体s and the 豊富な.
The 上院, working over the 週末 to pass a 法案 central to Biden's 国内の 協議事項, was 運命にあるd to 投票（する） into the 早期に morning hours to pass the 法案 before starting an August 休会.
"The time is now to move 今後 with a big, bold 一括 for the American people," 上院 大多数 Leader Chuck Schumer said at the start of 審議 Saturday night. He said the 法律制定 含む／封じ込めるs "the boldest clean energy 一括 in American history" to fight 気候 change while 減ずるing 消費者 costs for some 薬／医学s and energy.

It also would place a $2,000-per-year cap on out-of-pocket 医薬 costs under a Medicare 麻薬 program.
Other 部分s of the 法案 would 減ずる U.S. 炭素 放出／発行s by 40% in 2030 through 連邦の incentives for the 製造（する） and 購入（する） of electric 乗り物s and other "green" energy, with the goal of lowering energy prices 全体にわたる at a time of high インフレーション.

'EXPAND PRODUCTION'
