WASHINGTON, Oct 14 (Reuters) - Western countries this week ratcheted up their 批評 of 中国, the world's largest 二国間の／相互の creditor, as the main 障害 to moving ahead with 負債 再編成 協定s for the growing number of countries unable to service their 負債s.
U.S. 財務省 長官 Janet Yellen said on Friday that high インフレーション, 強化するing 通貨の 政策s, 通貨 圧力s and 資本／首都 outflows were 増加するing 負債 重荷（を負わせる）s in many 発展途上国s, and more 進歩 was 緊急に needed.
She said she discussed those 問題／発行するs during a dinner with African 大蔵大臣s and in many other 開会／開廷／会期s. The Group of Seven rich nations also met African 大蔵大臣s, who worry that the 焦点（を合わせる） on the war in ウクライナ共和国 is draining 資源s and attention from their 圧力（をかける）ing 関心s.
"Everyone agrees Russia should stop its war on ウクライナ共和国, and that would 演説（する）／住所 the most 重要な problems that Africa 直面するs," Yellen told reporters at the International 通貨の 基金 and World Bank 年次の 会合s in Washington.
But she said a more 効果的な 負債 再編成 過程 was also needed, and 中国 had a big 役割 to play.
