中国 取り消すd EU leader's ビデオ 演説（する）／住所 at 開始 of major 貿易（する） expo - 下落するs

BEIJING/BRUSSELS, Nov 8 (Reuters) - Chinese 当局 behind a major 貿易（する） expo in Shanghai pulled an 開会式 演説（する）／住所 by the European 会議 大統領，／社長 that was 始める，決める to 非難する Russia's "違法な war" in ウクライナ共和国 and call for 減ずるd 貿易（する） dependency on 中国, 外交官s said.
The pre-記録，記録的な／記録するd ビデオ by Charles Michel was meant to be one of several from world leaders and 長，率いるs of international organizations 含むing Chinese 大統領 Xi Jinping at the 開始 of the 中国 International 輸入する Expo (CIIE) on Friday, three European 外交官s told Reuters.
The 外交官s, who cannot be 指名するd 予定 to the sensitivity of the 事柄, told Reuters they were surprised the speech was 除去するd.
"大統領 Michel was 招待するd to 演説（する）／住所 5th Hongqiao 会議/CIIE in Shanghai," Barend Leyts, a 広報担当者 for Michel told Reuters. "As requested by the Chinese 当局, we had indeed 供給するd a pre-記録，記録的な／記録するd message which was 最終的に not shown. We have 演説（する）／住所d this through the normal 外交ルートs."
No one from 中国's foreign 省 or the co-組織者s of the expo, 中国's 商業 省 and the Shanghai city 政府, 答える／応じるd to Reuters requests for comment.
Other 高官s who did speak at the 儀式 after Xi 含むd the managing director of the International 通貨の 基金, the director-general of the World 貿易（する） Organization and the 大統領，／社長s of Indonesia, Sri Lanka and Belarus, によれば the expo's 公式の／役人 website.
Belarus's Alexander Lukashenko is a 信頼できる 同盟（する） of Russia's leader Vladimir Putin whose country has hosted thousands of ロシアの 軍隊／機動隊s before and during what Moscow calls a "special 操作／手術" in ウクライナ共和国.
FOCUS ON RUSSIA AND TRADE
The European 会議 大統領，／社長's speech was 始める，決める to be ひどく 批判的な of "Russia´s 違法な war against ウクライナ共和国" and say Europe is learning "important lessons" from it, によれば excerpts of the 演説（する）／住所 供給するd by European 外交官s.
Europe has been over-扶養家族 on Russia for 化石 燃料s, 主要な to a 貿易不均衡, Michel was to say.
"In Europe, we want balance in our 貿易（する） relations ... to 避ける over-dependencies," によれば the 外交官s familiar with what he was to say. "This is also true of our 貿易（する） relations with 中国."

Both Xi and Michel are 推定する／予想するd to …に出席する and 会合，会う at the Group of Twenty (G20) 長，率いるs of 明言する／公表する 首脳会議 in Bali next Tuesday and Wednesday.
The 大統領 of the European 会議 is one of the European Union's 最高の，を越す 階級d 公式の／役人s whose 役割 含むs 代表するing the 圏 at international 首脳会議s and 二国間の／相互の 首脳会議s with other 長，率いるs of 明言する／公表する.
Since 2019, the EU has 公式に regarded 中国 as a partner, an 経済的な competitor and systemic 競争相手.
