Peru's 議会 辞退するs PM's call for 信用／信任 投票（する）
LIMA, Nov 24 (Reuters) - Peru's 対立-controlled 議会 on Thursday 拒絶する／低下するd 左派の（人） 総理大臣 Anibal Torres' request to 持つ／拘留する a 信用／信任 投票（する）, as the (n)役員／(a)執行力のある and 法律を制定する 支店s in the Andean nation continue a long-standing political 戦う／戦い.
The 長，率いる of the 議会, Jose Williams Zapata, said the 条件s had not been met for such a 投票（する） to be held.
Torres said last week he would 解釈する／通訳する a 欠如（する） of a 投票（する） as the 同等（の） of a no 信用／信任 投票（する）. The 首相 has yet to 演説（する）／住所 the 決定／判定勝ち（する） and it is 不明瞭な if he will 持続する his previous 姿勢 now.

"I'm not here ... with the 意向 of shutting 負かす／撃墜する 議会," Torres told 国会議員s last week. He 追加するd, however, that if 議会 拒絶するd his request, "the (n)役員／(a)執行力のある will 解釈する／通訳する that as a 投票（する） of no 信用／信任."
