UN 解放（する）s 報告（する）／憶測 on ウクライナ共和国 telecoms 損失 by Russia

GENEVA, Jan 6 (Reuters) - ウクライナ共和国 will need at least $1.79 billion to 回復する its 遠隔通信s 部門 to pre-war levels, a U.N. 機関 said in a 報告（する）／憶測 published on Friday 主張するing Russia had "destroyed 完全に or 掴むd" 網状組織s in parts of the country.

"Since the beginning of 軍の attacks, with the 目的 of using the 施設s in its 利益／興味s and for its own needs, the 攻撃者 either destroyed 完全に or 掴むd the 正規の／正選手 操作／手術 of public and 私的な terrestrial 遠隔通信 and 批判的な 組織／基盤／下部構造 in the 一時的に 占領するd and war-影響する／感情d 領土s of ウクライナ共和国," the 報告（する）／憶測 said.
It also 主張するs that Moscow 片側だけに switched Ukrainian dialling codes, 直す／買収する，八百長をするd by the U.N. 機関, to ロシアの ones and that there had been 1,123 cyber attacks against ウクライナ共和国.
