LONDON, Jan 6 (Reuters) - The first 軌道の 衛星 to 始める，決める off for space from western Europe will be 開始する，打ち上げるd from Cornwall in 南西 England on Monday.
Virgin 軌道, part-owned by 億万長者 Richard Branson, who 設立するd the Virgin 大西洋 航空機による, 計画（する）s to use a 修正するd Boeing 747 with a ロケット／急騰する 大（公）使館員d under its wing for the first time outside the company's base in the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs.
Once the 計画（する） is at around 35,000 feet, the ロケット／急騰する will be 解放（する）d over the 大西洋, taking small 衛星s from seven 顧客s into 軌道 in what is known as a 水平の 開始する，打ち上げる.
The 使節団 has been given a window for take-off from 2216 GMT on Monday but that is 扶養家族 on the 天候 加える other scheduling and system 問題／発行するs, and Virgin 軌道 said there are 支援する-up dates in 中央の and late January.
A successful ground 実験（する） known as a "wet dress rehearsal", which 伴う／関わるs fuelling the ロケット／急騰する inside a special safety zone, was held on Thursday, 公式の／役人s 伴う／関わるd in the 開始する，打ち上げる said.
The idea of 解放（する）ing a ロケット／急騰する from a 変えるd ジェット旅客機, 開拓するd by 軌道の Sciences in the 1990s, is designed to 申し込む／申し出 a 柔軟な and low-cost 大勝する to 軌道 as the number of small 衛星s in low Earth 軌道 grows dramatical ly.

With two vertical micro-開始する，打ち上げる 場所／位置s planned in Scotland, Britain now 直面するs 競争 from Scandinavia and Germany in a new market for small 発射台s carrying miniature "cubesat" payloads to low Earth 軌道, but believes it has an advantage 予定 to its proximity to いっそう少なく congested 大洋の 領空.

"The ability to 接近 low Earth 軌道 with micro-開始する，打ち上げるs is definitely not a static market - it is one that is continuing to grow," he said.
The European Space 機関 recently embraced the use of small 発射台s for some 使節団s, though commentators such as Peter de Selding, co-創立者 of SpaceIntelReport.com, have questioned whether there is enough 需要・要求する in Europe for 多重の types.
The 田舎の Cornwall spaceport is 位置を示すd at a 地域の 乗客 airport in Newquay, which won 是認 lat e last year.
