KYIV, Feb 2 (Reuters) - ウクライナ共和国 hopes to start 交渉s with the International 通貨の 基金 on a 十分な-育てる／巣立つd program during the second ４半期/4分の1 of 2023, the Interfax ウクライナ共和国 news 機関 引用するd 大蔵大臣 Serhiy Marchenko as 説 on Thursday.
