Feb 6 (Reuters) - The 首相 League has referred Manchester City to an 独立した・無所属 （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 over more than 100 申し立てられた／疑わしい 違反s of 財政／金融 支配するs since the club were acquired by the Abu Dhabi-based City Football Group.
The referral （機の）カム weeks before the 推定する／予想するd 出版（物） of a 政府 white paper 始める，決める to recommend the 設立 of an 独立した・無所属 regulator in English サッカー to を取り引きする the game's 財政／金融s, club 所有権 and 法人組織の／企業の governance.

City, who were acquired by City Football Group in 2008, are also 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d with failing to 協力する with the 首相 League's 調査, which was 開始する，打ち上げるd in December 2018.

SUBSEQUENT BAN
City were subsequently banned from the 支持する／優勝者s League by European 治める／統治するing 団体／死体 UEFA for two years, but 首尾よく 控訴，上告d to the 法廷，裁判所 of 仲裁 for Sport (CAS), which overturned the 禁止（する） in 2020.
The club were 罰金d 30 million euros ($32.28 million) by UEFA, which CAS 減ずるd to 10 million euros.

The club are also 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d with failing to 従う with 首相 League's 支配するs 要求するing clubs to follow UEFA's 財政上の fair play (FFP) 規則s from 2013 to 2018 and failing to follow the 首相 League's 支配するs on 利益（をあげる） and sustainability from 2015 to 2018.
FFP 規則s are designed to stop clubs running up big losses through spending on players. They also 確実にする 後援 取引，協定s are based on their real market value and are 本物の 商業の 協定s -- and not ways for owners to pump cash into a club to get around the 支配するs.
