MOSCOW, Feb 6 (Reuters) - Three Western seed 生産者s have 一時停止するd sunflower seed 出荷／船積みs to Russia and paused 顧客s' 企て，努力，提案s for 購入（する）s, the Izvestia newspaper 報告（する）／憶測d on Monday, 特記する／引用するing letters received by several ロシアの 農業の 会社／堅いs.
