Ghana's 大蔵大臣 told a group of 抗議するing retiree bondholders on Monday they were 存在 a 申し込む／申し出d a good 取引，協定, as the 政府 of the struggling West African nation 押し進めるs to get a 国内の 負債 交流 over the line by Tuesday.

"We think if pensioners are left out of the programme they will still get their 80%."
