U.S. to sell 26 mln bbls of oil reserves as 委任統治（領）d by 議会

Feb 13 (Reuters) - The Biden 行政 said on Monday it is selling 26 million バーレル／樽s of 天然のまま oil from the 戦略の 石油 Reserve, a 解放（する） that had been 委任統治（領）d by 議会 in previous years.
The U.S. Department of Energy had considered cancelling the 会計年度 2023 sale of the 26 million バーレル／樽s after the Biden 行政 last year sold a 記録，記録的な／記録する 180 million バーレル／樽s from the reserve. But such a 取り消し would have 要求するd 議会 to 行為／法令／行動する.
Monday's 発表するd sale will likely 一時的に 押し進める the reserve below its 現在の level of about 372 million バーレル／樽s, its lowest level since 1983.
The DOE said 企て，努力，提案s on the oil are 予定 on Feb. 28 and that the oil would be 配達するd from April 1 to June 30.

But U.S. 天然のまま prices have risen to about $80 a バーレル／樽 on 関心s abou t Western 許可／制裁s on Russia for its war on ウクライナ共和国 and after Moscow said it was cutting 生産／産物 in March by about 500,000 バーレル／樽s per day, or about 5%.
