Syrian 救助（する） group 非難するs UN over Assad say on 援助（する） 配達／演説／出産s

AMMAN, Feb 14 (Reuters) - The 長，率いる of a Syrian 対立-run 救助（する） group on Tuesday 公然と非難するd a U.N. 決定／判定勝ち（する） to give Syrian 大統領 Bashar al Assad authorisation over 援助（する） 配達／演説／出産s through 国境 crossings with Turkey, 説 it gave him "解放する／自由な political 伸び（る）."
U.N. 長官-General Antonio Guterres said on Monday Assad had agreed to 許す U.N. 援助（する） 配達／演説／出産s to 対立-held northwest Syria through two crossings on the 国境 with Turkey for three months.
"This is shocking and we are at loss at how the U.N. is behaving," Raed al Saleh, 長，率いる of the 救助（する） group known as the White Helmets, told Reuters.
A U.N. spokesperson was not すぐに 利用できる for comment on the （民事の）告訴.
The 対立-held 飛び領土 in northwest Syria was 荒廃させるd by a 7.8 magnitude 地震 and powerful aftershocks on Feb. 6, which killed more than 37,000 people in Turkey and Syria.
