BERLIN, Feb 14 (Reuters) - Changes to European Union 負債 支配するs 提案するd by the European （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 cannot be 認可するd as they stand, German 大蔵大臣 Christian Lindner said on Tuesday, as 大蔵大臣s met in Brussels to discuss 会計の 改革（する） in the 圏.
