BRUSSELS, Feb 14 (Reuters) -
ウクライナ共和国 緊急に needs more 軍の 援助（する）, the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs and 北大西洋条約機構 said on Tuesday, 誓約（する）ing that western support will not 滞る in the 直面する of a new ロシアの 不快な／攻撃 as the war was about to 示す the first 十分な year since it began.
Western defence 長，指導者s met in Brussels to discuss new 武器 準備／条項s to Kyiv, which is pleading for greater firepower, and 維持／整備 of 存在するing 供給（する）s 含むing 爆撃するs whose 生産／産物 can hardly keep pace with the war.
"ウクライナ共和国 has 緊急の 必要物／必要条件s to help it 会合，会う this 決定的な moment in the course of the war," U.S. 国防長官 Lloyd Austin said at a 会合 of the いわゆる Ramstein group of 同盟（する）s.
Ukrainian 大統領 Volodymyr Zelenskiy said Russia was in a hurry to 達成する as much as it could with its 最新の 不快な／攻撃 before Kyiv and its 同盟（する）s could gather strength.

"We believe that there'll be a window of 適切な時期 for them to 演習 率先," Austin said.
"The Kremlin is still betting it can wait us out, but one year on we are as 部隊d as ever. That 株d 解決する will help 支える ウクライナ共和国's 勢い in the 決定的な weeks ahead."
北大西洋条約機構 長官-General Jens Stoltenberg gave the same message about ロシアの 大統領 Vladimir Putin's 侵略.
"We see no 調印するs that 大統領 Putin is 準備するing for peace. What we see is the opposite, he is 準備するing for more war, for new 不快な／攻撃s and new attacks," he told reporters.
