Putin 会談 to Azeri 大統領，／社長, discusses 論争d southern Caucasus 地域
Feb 14 (Reuters) - ロシアの 大統領 Vladimir Putin talked to Azeri 相当するもの Ilham Aliyev and 公式文書，認めるd the importance of 確実にするing 安定 and 安全 in the southern Caucasus 地域, the Kremlin said on Tuesday.
緊張s are high between Azerbaijan and 隣人ing Armenia over the 論争d 飛び領土 of Nagorno-Karabakh, which has a 大部分は 民族の Armenian 全住民 but is 国祭的な recognised as part of Azerbaijan.
In 2020, Azerbaijan retook 領土 in and around the 飛び領土 after a war that ended in a Moscow-仲買人d 停戦 upheld by ロシアの （国連の）平和維持軍s. Both 味方するs 告発する／非難する each other of 違反s and Armenia now says Azerbaijan is 封鎖ing the only road into Nagorno-Karabakh, a 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 Baku 否定するs.
"The importance of 一貫した steps to 確実にする 安定 and 安全 on the Azerbaijani-Armenian 国境 was 公式文書，認めるd," said a Kremlin readout of the call between Putin and Aliyev.
"In this 状況, it was 再確認するd that all the 関連した 協定s between Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia at the highest level should be 器具／実施するd 無条件に."
