Colts introduce Shane Steichen as 長，率いる coach
The Indianapolis Colts 指名するd and later introduced Shane Steichen as their new 長，率いる coach on Tuesday.
The former Philadelphia Eagles 不快な／攻撃 調整者／コーディネーター 現れるd from an exhaustive five-week search that 含むd more than a dozen 候補者s. In the end, it was Steichen's "不快な／攻撃 魔法" that landed him the 職業.
It also continues a meteoric ascent for Steichen, 37, who rose from a 品質管理 coach in 2015 to becoming one of 32 長，率いる coaches in the NFL.
After emotional 開始 comments, during which he thanked everyone from his high school football coach to every member of the Eagles' 罪／違反 this past season, Steichen laid out what his 不快な／攻撃 philosophy will be.

"I go with my gut feeling on a lot of things," Steichen said. "I'm a gut-feeling guy. My philosophy is we're going to throw to 得点する／非難する／２０ points and run to 勝利，勝つ. That could look different each week."

Irsay was asked how they knew Steichen was the 権利 guy.
"What we learned in the end was that Shane had a lot of that 不快な／攻撃 魔法, which is hard to find in this league," Irsay said. "He had to show the leadership, he had to show the presence. And boy did he come through with that in his interview."
Steichen's Eagles lost 38-35 to the Kansas City 長，指導者s on Sunday in 最高の Bowl LVII. His Jalen 傷つけるs-led 罪／違反 put up 417 total yards in the contest.
