US 的s Russia with 許可／制裁s, 関税s on ウクライナ共和国 war 周年記念日

WASHINGTON, Feb 24 (Reuters) - The 部隊d 明言する／公表するs 示すd the first 周年記念日 of Russia's 侵略 of ウクライナ共和国 on Friday by 発表するing new 許可／制裁s against Russia and its 同盟（する）s, new 輸出（する） 支配（する）／統制するs and 関税s 目的（とする）d at 土台を崩すing Moscow's ability to 行う war.
Washington also said it would 供給する $2 billion in more 兵器 for Kyiv as it 準備するs for a spring 不快な／攻撃. The 援助（する） did not 含む F-16 闘士，戦闘機 jets that ウクライナ共和国 has requested.
大統領 Joe Biden was to 協議する leaders of the G7 同盟（する）s and ウクライナ共和国 大統領 Volodomyr Zelenskiy at 9 a.m. (1400 GMT) to discuss what more 援助（する） can be 供給するd to the Ukrainians.
The 部隊d 明言する／公表するs joined with G7 同盟（する）s with 計画（する）s to 課す 許可／制裁s that will 的 200 individuals and （独立の）存在s and a dozen ロシアの 財政上の 会・原則s.
The 許可／制裁s are 目的（とする）d at 的s in Russia and "third-country actors" across Europe, Asia and the Middle East that are supporting Russia's war 成果／努力, the White House said in a fact sheet.

商業 will also 行為／法令／行動する with G7 同盟（する）s to 提携させる 対策 on 産業の 機械／機構, 高級な goods and other items, 同様に as 問題／発行する new 制限s to 妨げる 構成要素s 設立する in Iranian drones from making their way to the ウクライナ共和国 戦場, the White House said.

The 武器s will come from a 基金 known as the ウクライナ共和国 安全 援助 率先, which 許すs the Biden 行政 to get 武器s from 産業 rather than from U.S. 武器s 在庫／株s.
In a 声明 場内取引員／株価 the 周年記念日, U.S. 弁護 長官 Lloyd Austin said the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs had committed more than $32 billion in 軍の 援助（する） over the past year to ウクライナ共和国, 含むing 8,500 Javelin anti-armor systems and 38 HIMARS.
"Putin thought that ウクライナ共和国´s 弁護s would 崩壊（する）, that America´s 解決する would 滞る, and that the world would look the other way. He was wrong," Austin said.
"One year later, ウクライナ共和国´s 勇敢に立ち向かう defenders have not wavered, and neither has our かかわり合い to support them for as long as it takes," he said.
抵抗 remained in the upper reaches of Biden's 行政 to sending American 闘士，戦闘機 jets to ウクライナ共和国.
