In what 原告/提訴人s hoped would 始める,決める a 合法的な precedent to take 活動/戦闘 against other 会社/堅いs, they argued that the carmakers' 炭素 足跡 was (規則などを)破る/侵害するing on their 権利s to live a life 解放する/自由な of 温室 gases, enshrined in a 判決,裁定 by Germany's 連邦の 法廷,裁判所 in May 2021.
