BRUSSELS, Feb 24 (Reuters) - The European Union, after hectic last-minute haggling, has 認可するd a tenth 一括 of Russia 許可／制裁s on the 周年記念日 of Moscow's 侵略 of ウクライナ共和国, the Swedish EU 大統領／総裁などの地位 said late on Friday.
"Together, the EU member 明言する／公表するs have 課すd the most 強烈な and far-reaching 許可／制裁s ever to help ウクライナ共和国 勝利，勝つ the war," the 大統領／総裁などの地位 発表するd on Twitter.
"The EU stands 部隊d with ウクライナ共和国 and the Ukrainian people. We will keep supporting ウクライナ共和国, for as long as it takes."
The 一括 含むs tighter 輸出（する） 制限s regarding 二重の-use goods 同様に as 対策 against （独立の）存在s supporting the war, spreading 宣伝 or 配達するing drones used by Russia.
With two hours to go until midnight, EU member 明言する／公表するs made it across the finish line with little time to spare after Poland earlier threw a spanner into the 作品.
