Rugby-World Rugby wants unions to join 取り組む 高さ 裁判，公判 for community game
March 13 (Reuters) - World Rugby will encourage member unions to join a 全世界の 裁判，公判 of lowering 取り組む 高さ to below the sternum in the community game, the 治める／統治するing 団体／死体 has said, 強調する／ストレスing the importance of 減ずるing 傷害 危険 経由で "education, 許可／制裁 and 法律 change".
It pointed to 裁判，公判s 行為／行うd in フラン and South Africa, 説 they had 配達するd 肯定的な 進歩s ーに関して／ーの点でs of player safety, while also 高めるing 全体にわたる game experience.
"World Rugby continues to be guided by science and 研究 as part of a relentless 焦点（を合わせる） on 減ずるing 傷害 危険 経由で education, 許可／制裁 and 法律 change," it said in a 声明.

WIDESPREAD CRITICISM
In January, England's Rugby Football Union (RFU) banned 取り組むing above the waist in community rugby matches from next season, while Scottish Rugby and the Welsh Rugby Union (WRU) are 調査するing 類似の moves.
