CAIRO, March 13 (Reuters) - Egyptian 当局 have been systematically 辞退するing to 供給する or 新たにする 身元 文書s to 反体制者s, 新聞記者／雑誌記者s and 行動主義者s abroad in a 厳重取締 on 対立 that 延長するs beyond Egypt's 国境s, Human 権利s Watch said on Monday.
The U.S.-based group said it had interviewed 26 Egyptians living in countries 含むing Turkey, Germany, Malaysia and Qatar last year, and had reviewed 文書s relating to nine of them.

In Turkey, home to a large number of Egyptian 対立 人物／姿／数字s, Egypt's 領事館 要求するs applicants for almost all services to fill out 非公式の forms with 私的な 詳細（に述べる）s 含むing the 推論する／理由s they left Egypt and links to social マスコミ accounts, HRW said.
