WASHINGTON, March 13 (Reuters) - The Biden 行政 on Monday 解放（する）d 詳細（に述べる）s on a new 提案 calling for more 基金ing for more 空気／公表する traffic 監査役s and to 速度(を上げる） 近代化 成果／努力s after a computer outage led to the first 全国的な flight grounding since 2001.
The Transportation Department's $108.5 billion 予算 request 捜し出すs 基金ing from 議会, 含むing $117 million to 雇う another 1,800 空気／公表する traffic 監査役s in 新規加入 to another 1,500 存在 雇うd this year.
