年輩の スイスの women bring European 法廷，裁判所's first 気候 事例／患者

STRASBOURG, March 29 (Reuters) - Thousands of 年輩の スイスの women have joined 軍隊s in a groundbreaking 事例／患者 that opened on Wednesday at the European 法廷，裁判所 of Human 権利s, arguing that their 政府's "woefully 不十分な" 成果／努力s to fight 全世界の warming 侵害する／違反する their human 権利s.
The first 気候 change 事例／患者 at the Strasbourg 法廷，裁判所 has been brought by a group of スイスの 女性（の） pensioners who （人命などを）奪う，主張する that their country's inaction in the 直面する of rising 気温s puts them at 危険 of dying during heatwaves.
The 事例／患者 is 推定する／予想するd to be followed by two others and would 始める，決める an important precedent since the women's' lawyers are 捜し出すing an ambitious 判決，裁定 that could 軍隊 Bern to 削減（する） 炭酸ガス 放出／発行s much faster than planned.
Several dozen of the women joined by 支持者s and 気候 行動主義者s from Greenpeace gathered outside the courtroom ahead of the start, 持つ／拘留するing 旗，新聞一面トップの大見出し／大々的に報道するs and flowers.
Bruna Molinari, who is 81 and 苦しむs from 喘息 which she says is 悪化させるd by 過度の heat, told Reuters she hoped the 結果 would at least 利益 世代s to come. "As a grandmother and mother, I think they have the 権利 to have a 気候 that is better than the one we have," she said, coughing throughout.
Stefanie Brander, a member of the 協会 上級の Women for 気候 保護, said that she felt the 政府 had underestimated the group until now.
"We were taken for old women who did not have a （疑いを）晴らす idea of the 問題／発行するs ... and I think that could now turn against them," she told Reuters outside the courtroom.
The スイスの 政府, which twice won in 国内の 法廷，裁判所s in a six-year 合法的な 戦う／戦い, has argued that the 事例／患者 is 認容できない. B ern's lawyer Alain Chablais told the 法廷，裁判所 in 開始 発言／述べるs that any prescriptive 対策 問題／発行するd by the 法廷，裁判所 would 代表する an overreach, giving it a "quasi-法律を制定する" 役割.
Eight other 政府s have joined the 事例／患者 and one of them, Ireland, is 始める，決める to 演説（する）／住所 the 法廷，裁判所 later on Wednesday. The 法廷，裁判所 will also hear a 事例／患者 brought by Damien Car?me, a member of the European 議会 for the French Green party, who is challenging フラン's 拒絶 to take more ambitious 気候 対策.
