スイスの 女性（の） pensioners vs the 政府: European 法廷，裁判所's first 気候 事例／患者
GENEVA, March 28 (Reuters) - A 事例／患者 伴う／関わるing thousands of retired スイスの women is 存在 heard at a European 法廷，裁判所 in フラン, the culmination of a six-year 合法的な 戦う／戦い in which they （人命などを）奪う，主張する their 政府's 不十分な 活動／戦闘 on 気候 change 侵害する／違反するd their human 権利s.
The 事例／患者, which （選挙などの）運動をする group Greenpeace 始めるd on に代わって of the women, opened on Wednesday in the Grand 議会 of the European 法廷，裁判所 of Human 権利s in Strasbourg.
The 事例／患者 has twice been 拒絶するd by 国内の 法廷，裁判所s.
Switzerland argues the 事例／患者 is 認容できない, 説 it is without 創立／基礎 and 尋問 whether the applicants count as 犠牲者s.
In a 調印する of its importance, eight other 政府s (Romania, Latvia, Austria, Slovakia, Norway, Italy, Portugal and Ireland) have joined the 事例／患者. At least one has echoed Bern in calling for its 解雇／（訴訟の）却下.

Here are some of their arguments:
- The 事例／患者 文書s, or 使用／適用 in 合法的な jargon, 主張する four 違反s of the European 条約 of Human 権利s (Arts 2, 6, 8 and 13) 含むing the 権利 to life.
- They say the women's age and gender places them in one of the 部類s 特記する／引用するd by the U.N. Intergovernmental パネル盤 on 気候 Change as 存在 at highest 危険 of 気温-関係のある mortality. It also 特記する／引用するs the IPCC 説 heatwaves are becoming more たびたび（訪れる） 予定 to 気候 change.
- The 事例／患者 uses 現れるing 証拠 that older women are いっそう少なく able to 規制する their 団体／死体 気温s than others. It 特記する／引用するs several 報告（する）／憶測s 含むing a 2014 World Health Organization 文書 which says the 大多数 of Euro pean 熟考する／考慮するs show women are more at 危険 of dying from heatwaves.
