Democratic leaders gather for Biden's 事実上の 首脳会議, struggle to 部隊 behind 原則s

WASHINGTON, March 29 (Reuters) -
U.S. 大統領 Joe Biden 発表するd new 基金ing to 支える 僕主主義s around the world at a 会合 on Wednesday, although dozens of countries were 持つ／拘留するing 支援する on a 首脳会議 宣言 laying out かかわり合いs to democratic 原則s.

"We're turning the tide here. "To 会合，会う the rising challenges to 僕主主義 世界的な, we commit to 強化する democratic 会・原則s and 過程s and build resilience," the 宣言 said.

Ukrainian 大統領 Volodymyr Zelenskiy pleaded for more 武器s to help 敗北・負かす Russia. Moscow's 侵略 of ウクライナ共和国 in February 2022 has killed tens of thousands and 減ずるd cities to がれき.
