UN 投票（する）s to ask world 法廷，裁判所 to 支配する on 国家の 気候 義務s

WASHINGTON, March 29 (Reuters) - The 国際連合 General 議会 投票（する）d on Wednesday to pass a 決意／決議 asking the world's 最高の，を越す 法廷，裁判所 to define the 義務s of 明言する／公表するs to 戦闘 気候 change, a 合法的な opinion that could 運動 countries to take stronger 対策 and 明らかにする international 法律.
The historic 決意／決議 捜し出すing an （a）忠告の／（n）警報 opinion from the International 法廷，裁判所 of 司法（官） was 奮起させるd by 太平洋の island 法律 students and passed with a 合意 投票（する）, after a four-year （選挙などの）運動をする led by the 共和国 of Vanuatu.
"Such an opinion would 補助装置 the General 議会, the UN and Member 明言する／公表するs to take the bolder and stronger 気候 活動／戦闘 that our world so 猛烈に needs," UN 長官 General Ant?nio Guterres said. An （a）忠告の／（n）警報 opinion would not be binding on any 裁判権 but could 影響（力） 未来 交渉s.
Vanuatu 総理大臣 Ishmael Kalsakau said it "will have a powerful and 肯定的な 衝撃 on how we 演説（する）／住所 気候 change and 保護する 現在の and 未来 世代s."
"Together we will send a loud and （疑いを）晴らす message not only around the world but far into the 未来 that on this very day, the people of the UN 事実上の／代理 through their 政府s decided to leave aside differences and work together to 取り組む the defining challenge of our time," he said before the General 議会.
