KYIV, March 29 (Reuters) - Western 同盟（する）s can help Kyiv with its 開始するing 厳重取締 on 汚職，収賄 by （国外逃亡犯を）引き渡すing more people who are under 調査, ウクライナ共和国's 最高の，を越す anti-汚職 検察官，検事 said on Wednesday.
Fighting sleaze is a 優先 for Kyiv as it 捜し出すs 会員の地位 of the European Union and tries to 強化する 明言する／公表する 会・原則s に引き続いて Russia's 侵略 last year.
Oleksandr Klymenko, director of the Specialised Anti-汚職 検察官，検事's Office, told Reuters that most countries Kyiv has asked to （国外逃亡犯を）引き渡す 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑うs in 汚職 事例／患者s have 拒絶する／低下するd to do so.
"In 90% of our 事例／患者s, we have one or two or three or more 支配するs who are abroad, and the 手続き for 手渡すing these people over to ウクライナ共和国 is 複雑にするd," he said during an interview in his Kyiv office.
Countries where 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑うs have been 位置を示すd 含むd Austria, Spain and Britain, he said.
