BRUSSELS, June 8 (Reuters) - Home 事件／事情／状勢s 大臣s from the European Union's 27 member 明言する／公表するs gathered on Thursday to try get across the line an elusive 協定 on how to 株 out the 責任／義務 of caring for 難民s and migrants.
A 試験的な 取引，協定 on the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する comes after years of 損失ing 反目，不和s between EU 明言する／公表するs since their 協調 崩壊（する）d in acrimony in 2015 as more than a million people - mostly 逃げるing the war in Syria - arrived across the Mediterranean.
"We have had many 会談 for a very long time. It is important that we come to an 協定," Germany's 内部の 大臣 Nancy Faeser said on arriving at the 会談. "We can only 扱う 移住 together as the whole EU."
"The 妥協 on the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する is very difficult for Germany," she said. "I feel there is a ありふれた understanding which could lead to an 協定, but not at any price."
