PARIS, June 8 (Reuters) - Dragging the Davis Cup out of 財政上の doldrums after the termination of its $3 billion 協定 with Kosmos Tennis will be の中で Dietloff 出身の Arnim's 最高の，を越す 優先s if he is elected International Tennis 連合 (ITF) 大統領，／社長, the German told Reuters.

CONTINGENCIES IN PLACE
The ITF said earlier this year it had in place 財政上の contingencies and would operate the 2023 Davis Cup qualifi ers and 決勝戦 as scheduled, with the Final 8 taking place in Malaga, Spain, in November.
The Kosmos 協定 had led to the 改造する of the men's team 競争, which was 設立するd in 1900. The usual home-and-away 関係 played over a few 週末s during the course of the year were scrapped.
